Royalton Developments Ireland Ltd was established in 2017 and has successfully established itself as a trusted partner and large-scale developer in the Irish market. It has completed a 485-unit PRS development at Hamilton Gardens, Cabra and a 112 unit build to sell development at Shore Club, Sandymount, with a growing pipeline across Dublin and Cork.

With the emergence of the Irish State becoming large scale funders in the marketplace through Approved Housing Bodies and the Land Development Agency, Royalton has strategically expanded its focus into large-scale cost rental and affordable housing delivery. In 2024, Royalton was appointed, together with 14 other developers, to the Land Development Agency’s Developer Framework panel, established to deliver 5,000 new homes over four years. Royalton commenced its first Framework scheme in January 2026 in Fairview, Dublin 3.

Over the past 18 months, Royalton has also developed a strong delivery partnership with Respond Housing, commencing a 114-unit scheme in Cork with a further pipeline of c. 500 units with Approved Housing Bodies.
